Alex and I needle felted a gourd together this week for our fall nature table. It looks a bit elementary, but he was so happy to help me, and I enjoyed his company working on a project together. This is the cleanest our nature table has been for a while, Alex picks up leaves, rocks, acorns, etc. everywhere we go for the nature table. I love having this small area to put our seasonal treasures, and to see how it changes throughout the year.
I made a small needle felted penguin for our nature table:

Our new favorite recipe, no bake energy bites:
Mix: 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/3 cup honey, 1 cup coconut flakes, 1/2 cup ground flax seed, 1/2 cup raisins and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Form into balls and enjoy!
